Bailey started her career in 2008. She originally studied her A-levels as the first step to becoming a Barrister. One of her A-levels was in art, as with all the other subjects she chose, one had to be practical based for her. Whilst studying she had a job in her Moms Hair and Beauty salon. Hairdressing was something  she had been around her whole life, as her Mom was a Hairdresser so helping out was easy..
